Shipping Policy

We deliver all across Pakistan.

Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.): 3 to 5 working days.
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 5 to 7 working days.

Note: Deliveries may experience slight delays during sales, holiday seasons, or unforeseen weather/logistical conditions.

Standard Shipping: Standard delivery charges apply at checkout based on your order weight and location.
Free Shipping: Free shipping is applicable on orders above a specified cart value (if running a promotion).

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders across Pakistan.
To prevent bogus orders, our team may verify your order via Phone Call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatching your package.
Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery.

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.
Customers are required to provide complete and accurate delivery address details (including street address, nearest landmark, and active contact number).
Failed Deliveries: If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address or refusal to accept at the doorstep, re-dispatching the order will incur additional shipping fees.
