Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Order Rights: Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, incorrect product pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Customer Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard Return & Exchange process.

Product Availability & Pricing

Limited Stock: All clothing items are subject to availability. Since stock moves quickly, an item in your cart is not reserved until the order is successfully placed and confirmed.
Price Modifications: We reserve the right to alter prices, discount offers, or promotional campaigns at any time without prior notice.

Promotions & Sales

Items purchased during seasonal sales, flash discounts, or promotional campaigns are final sale and may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions unless explicitly stated.
